Real Time Data Acquisition System

The PC based Direct Archival Quick Look System receives data and clock of two data streams from demodulator & bit-synchronizer. The data is frame synchronized, de-randomized, word synchronized and archived on RAID in real time. This system also provides sub-sampled video display in real-time for selected mission sensors.

Post-pass activities like aux data extraction, data quality report generation, full resolution display and FRED formatted DLT generation are also carried-out. The main advantage of this system is that the cost of recording is negligible as it replaces expensive High-Density Digital Tape Recorders (HDDTR). Suitable for high data rate real time data acquisition applications.
